Application of Nickel-containing Stainless Steel in Urban Construction

In 1985, India's stainless steel output was only slightly more than 1% of the world's output, while China's production was much lower. Today, China is the world’s largest stainless steel producer, far ahead of second place, slightly over 50% of world production, while India ranks third, second only to Japan, but ahead of South Korea and the United States.

The two countries that were not mentioned in the first issue of "Nickel Magazine" are China and India. Neither of these countries was a major country in the international stainless steel market at that time. It was really 30 years of Hedong and 30 years of Hexi! Although we may view China and India as the standard for the production of popular goods and low-end products, both countries are striving to produce nickel-containing stainless steels and nickel alloys with higher alloy contents. Two application examples from their respective countries demonstrate that large-scale innovative applications satisfy their respective needs.
