According to data from Baichuan, as of February 7, APT (ammonium paratungstate) price was 172,500 yuan/ton, which has risen by 2,500 yuan/ton since February. According to industry sources, the price of domestic tungsten products has risen steadily recently. The main reason is that the shutdown and overhaul of upstream tungsten mines and smelters have increased, and the supply of raw materials has been tightened; while the prosperity of mining and oil drilling industries continues to increase, the downstream demand for tungsten products is positive.
